A big pat on the back for Shawn, Jack, Jimmy, Debbie, Robbie Shuck, and a lot of others!

This year’s menu included Elk, Moose, Duck, Goose, Squirrel, Rabbit, Bear, Pheasant, Chukar and more. Take a look at some of our pictures below!

We are in the process of appling to the IRS for a non-profit staus. This does take time to complete. Please bear with us during this time.

Our first official meeting was March 12, 2005 at our home Church Providence Baptist in Campbellsburg Kentucky. It was also our first meeting of first chapter called the Providence Prostaff. We had 15 men, women, and youth that attended. We discussed several things including when our meeting would be and what we intended to try to accomplish with our group. Our next meeting will be the end of April.

We also had a Wild Game Dinner that was a great success. There were approximately 100 people that attended. We had black bear, venison, elk, wild turkey, duck, goose, chukkars, pheasant, and rabbit. Everyone loved all the meat, but most seemed to like the bear best. The meat was furnished by Shawn Keeton, he also had several people that donated meat to him. He and Bro, Doug Boyd cooked the majority of the meat. My wife and I contributed in a small way to the cooking. We had asked that Church members that were attending bring a covered dish most everyone brought something.

The Fellowship of the Outdoors donated a custom turkey call to an auction at Hunters Helping Hunters.

Our new cookbook is in the planning stage now. Be on the look out for it in the near future. It will feature great Wild Game and tradition recipes offered by members!
